We have served two customers before, and the goods were returned from Amazon to our US warehouse and UK warehouse respectively. The boxes received by the UK warehouse have a packing list attached. However, after the warehouse received it, it was found that one was missing after unpacking and checking. There is no list received by the US warehouse, but it is also one less than Amazon's background record. Therefore, the warehouse can only be based on the actual quantity received.
