    Dazhan Logistics FBA shipping operation process:

    1. The seller makes a delivery plan in the Amazon background and confirms the warehouse number;

    2. FBA labels and shipping marks are affixed to each box of goods (to facilitate the distribution of goods by colleagues abroad);

    3. Deliver the goods to our warehouse (or make an appointment to pick up the goods), and attach the packing list, commercial invoice, and customs declaration (if there is no customs declaration, you can pay for the customs declaration);

    Two: The goods must be packed in cartons or pallets that meet Amazon's requirements:

          Small goods: paste the SKU barcode;

          Carton: In order to prevent falling off during transportation, it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer box and cover with transparent tape;

          Card board: EU standard (European standard card board/4way, length 1.2M*width 0.8M*height 1.6M)

                    British standard (European standard pallet/4way, length 1.2M * width 1M * height 1.7M)

                    American standard (American standard pallet/4way, length 1.2M * width 1M * height 1.8M)

                    If the volume of the goods exceeds half a pallet, it needs to be palletized.


    Three: What information and documents are required for FBA shipments

    Express channel:

           The original commercial invoice in 1 form and 3 cents shall be provided with the goods;

           In addition, we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial invoice to our company;

    By Sea/Air:

           In the absence of customs declaration documents: only Chinese and English electronic versions of the packing list/invoice should be provided (please contact the business to send the template)

           Please specify: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID

    In the case of customs declaration documents, the following complete set of customs declaration information is required:

          1. Sales contract (one copy, stamped with official seal, in Chinese)

          2. Copy of business license (one copy, with official seal)

          3. Packing list (one copy, official seal, Chinese)

          4. Invoice (one copy, stamped with official seal, in Chinese)

          5. Customs declaration form (one copy, with official seal, in Chinese)

          6. Original Power of Attorney for Customs Declaration (triple copy in red, yellow and blue, all stamped with official seal)

          7. Warehouse Deposit Power of Attorney (one copy, stamped with official seal, in Chinese)

          8. Brand declaration (one copy, with official seal, Chinese)

          9. Photocopy of "Registration Certificate of Import and Export Goods Consignee and Consignor Customs Declaration" (one copy, stamped with official seal)

          10. Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID


    Four: delivery instructions

    The pick-up driver does not pack and unload, if loading and unloading is required, please explain in advance;

    Please fill in and stamp the entry paper/brand statement/deposit and exit authorization letter (customs declaration with your own documents) in advance, and hand them to the driver after loading.


    Five: Confirmation by the importer of the destination country

    Please confirm in advance whether there is an importer in the destination country, or you need to pay tax with a fixed tax number (VAT refund is required).

    The importer or fixed tax number information must be displayed on the packing list/invoice/bill of lading, and cannot be changed after the import declaration.
