Brand declaration is a basic requirement of customs for cargo declaration, and it has nothing to do with whether the brand is famous or not. If the brand has been registered at the customs (generally with R and TM logos), a brand authorization letter is also required when declaring customs; if there is no customs registration, no brand authorization letter is required, and the brand can be declared truthfully.
